After looking through these resources I believe my most important one is being a UF student. This is important because it gives me a direct look and experience with the situation I am trying to fix. I can personally relate to the bad traffic that busses create and my idea could be applied in a hands-on environment.
Hi Ian. I like how you got straight to the point with your resources and the VRIN analysis was very good too. You were able to give resource information about your product in a way that is direct. Also, I feel like you were ranked your resources from most important. I'm not sure if that was on purpose but great job!
ReplyDeleteHey Ian! Great format in listing all of the resources. I also liked the format in how you conducted your VRIN analysis too. Personally I think your social network can be a huge resource for you. I am a big believer in the mantra, "It is all about who you know". The University of Florida is also such a vast resource with an expansive amount of opportunities for you to tap into. Great job with the assignment!
ReplyDeleteHello Ian! I agree that UF is probably your best resource. Other than you being in the environment, UF can be used as viable proof that your business concept worked here. Other Universities will be able to verify with UF that the concept worked before implementing in their own university.
